Spicy Pasta with Shrimp |
| |
Bring water to boil in saucepan. Add your favorite pasta and
cook until Al Dente.
Melt 3 tablespoons butter with 3 tablespoons olive oil over medium heat.
Add desired
amount of Don Geraldo's Salsa and saute until tender (3-5 minutes).
(Optional: Add cooked shrimp, clams, grilled chicken or another favorite)
Add 1 pint heavy cream and reduce. Serve over pasta. |

Breakfast Burritos |
| |
Scramble eggs with desired portion of Don Geraldo's Salsa. Spoon
over warm tortilla.
Add cheese (cheddar, jack or another favorite) and fold tortilla.
(Optional: Add bacon, sausage, chorizo or diced potato. |

Great Guacamole! |
| |
Cut 3 medium avocado's in half removing the seed. Spoon out avocado
into bowl
and mash with fork. Mix with 1 container of Don Geraldo's Salsa.
Serve with tortilla chips. |

Spicy Cheese Spread |
| |
Melt Gouda cheese in microwave. Add desired portion of Don Geraldo's
Salsa and mix well.

Spicy Cream Cheese Spread |
| |
Mix 2 tablespoons (or vary to taste) Don Geraldo's Salsa with 1
16oz package of cream cheese.
Serve with crackers. Also pairs well with Zinfandel or Sauvignon Blanc wines. |

Cornbread with Kick! |
| |
Simply prepare your favorite brand of cornbread as per directions
on package. Just before
transferring to baking pan, add three heaping tablespoons (or more!) of
our famous salsa.
Cook as per directions on package. |

| |
Try baking fish or chicken with Don Geraldo's Salsa spooned over
the top of it. |
